Caine Halter's Profile

Caine joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic in January of 2016. With four generations of successful real estate brokerage in his blood, Caine grew up in the upstate in Greenville, SC where his family has been associated with the Coldwell Banker Caine firms there since 1933, so he has had much exposure to the industry throughout his entire life. Before moving to Charleston, Caine attended the University of Georgia. Throughout college he worked/interned in four different real estate markets throughout South Carolina and Georgia, so he is not only familiar with the Charleston market but has developed ample knowledge on both the Columbia and Greenville markets as well.   Caine now lives in West Ashley with his wife, Callie, and their two dogs.  In his free time, Caine enjoys spending time with family and friends and likes to be outdoors as much as he can.
